"The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald", by Gordon Lightfoot. You'll need to use a capo on the second fret for it to sound authentic. (or anything by Gord for that matter. He has over 40 years of amazing acoustic material that remains timeless.)

As far as I am concerned, any song is fair game for an acoustic guitar.
One respondent named a particular song by Led Zeppelin, but failed to mention their most legendary hit, "Stairway to Heaven," which was originally recorded on an acoustic guitar. Another mentioned Mason Williams' "Classical Gas," again recorded on an acoustic, but I've heard beautiful renditions on a viola, a cello and even a flute.
The point is, should you ever find yourself, humming or whistling a melody, riff or chorus to a song -- all are achievable on a guitar, whether acoustic or electric. These days, given the right equipment, an acoustic guitar can sound like an electric and vice versa.
My advice is to find a song you like, by any artist, and play it on your guitar.
Go for it!

Over the Hills and Far Away is a good one. You need to know that one.
Likewise with 'The Wizard ' by Uriah Heep. If you don't know it, you should. It's in drop D.
'The Needle and the Damage Done' by Neil Young was something that all the young guitarists back in the day were playing.
'Dead or Alive' by Bon Jovi is a good one.
And if you're feeling a bit adventurous after that, go for 'Xanadu' by Rush.
EDIT: And 'Last in Line' by Dio.
