I have a Flip Ultra HD also and i would have to say it is, by far, the best camcorder i have had.
It has stunning quality, plenty of time to record, and is the easiest, and most simplistic layout and it is easy to maneuver through the options and menu (deleting, recording, etc...)
I --Definitely-- reccomend this camcorder.

It's not "pro" quality by any means, and it's weakest points are that it's hard to hold steady and it's not very good with low-light situations.
Still much better than any cameraphone video I've seen. They're pretty good, and very cheap.
