Why do i get a small line of condensation at the bottom of my newly fitted double glazed windows. ?

    Because the new windows are draught proof you now need to let some fresh air in to reduce humidity levels, humid air from shower or people breathing condensates & is attracted to cold surfaces,hence water.

    If on the bottom of the inside pane of glass, ie, you can wipe it away that's normal condensation. If it inside the window then it is leaking and need to be repaired.

    If it's between the panes of glass it would appear not to be sealed - get the installers back to look at them..

    i concur , i get that , its just yr hot breath from thru the night ntw , just open the window , change the air in the room job done
