My Lexmark x4690 has printing issues?
Everytime i try to print something, the printing status that is shown on my monitor says
Printing Status: 34%
And it shows 2 little pictures of cartridges next the it and they are both grey and there are question marks on them. I bought a new ink cartridge, but it didn't change it. And i know the printer still works because when i changed the cartridge is ran the test and printed out an alignment page for the configuration. I know the connection is fine because it says its connected to my computer. I even connected the computer and printer with a usb, and it still is not working.
HELP?
I have to turn in an essay tomorrow, and i can't print it, and i don't have my teacher email so i can't email it.
