I'm going to plug some numbers in here. If he announces this at age 10, then you will be 40. In fife years, when he is 15 and you're 45, he'll be 1/3 of your age. And in twenty years, when he is 30, you will be 60, and he will be 1/2 your age.
Many solutions can be found! Pick and number for your son's age, quadrouple that, and then keep adding years until you get the fractions that you want!

not enough info to be unique. 1/3-1/4=1/12 so answer is 1/12 of your present age.
give his or your present or future ages and it can be done.
