Enterprise Rent-A-Car Interview?

Anyone worked for them or had before in the past? I got a job interview with them, but when I looked up online what it was like to work with them, they got a whole forum talking about how bad it is. I don't know if its really accurate or just a bunch of people just being lazy and complaining.

Keep in mind that most forums are created for complaints, not praise. The folks that are happy there aren't going to spend their time online telling everyone how great their experience is. It's just human nature... if we feel cheated, we complain and need an outlet to do so.

I rent from them weekly (corporate), and I spend a good amount of time chatting with the agents as they usually come pick me up and drop off the contract and car, then I go along my merry way. Most of the folks there are happy... keeping in mind that they are usually all fresh-out-of-college and part of their "manager training" program. They see it for what it is... it's a stepping-stone to get them resume fodder. Their managerial program is pretty well-respected, and I myself have even interviewed some of their agents for positions with my company.

When you're all done, though, it comes down to this: "It is what you make of it." There is no such thing as a 100% satisfying experience when it comes to employment. There will always be good and bad. It's how YOU deal with it.
