Yes! Ramen Noodles do not contain the nutrients the body needs. They are a white starch that turns to sugar and eventually will aide in gaining weight. The salt content is off the chain. Yes, tasty but they really should be saved for emergency eating when nothing else is available.

In Japan, only families with less than ~ 30K US$ annual income eat ramen noodles for dinner.

If u eat them on a constant basis it would be considered junk food. Eatin them only every once in a while would not. The reason being the high salt content.

Yes, when they are made into that insipid soup. But they make a great addition to a broccoli, walnut, pineapple salad or into a cabbage slaw with an oriental dressing.

Well, they don't really have much a nutrition content so I'd have to say yes. But sometimes when you're broke and you gotta stretch a dollar till payday... you gotta do what you gotta do.

not really, it's a very healthy and balanced meal, it contains carbohydrates, vegetables, protein, it's full of nutritions
