Do you agree with the Republicans not extending unemployment, but wanting tax cuts for the rich?

It is just a disgrace. People are out of work and the Repubics want the rich to have more money. THIS IS WHAT YOU VOTED FOR..

Update:

I sure hope none of you"Hell Yeah!! That's what I voted for!" people NEVER lose your jobs...

Reasonable thinking junior tax those rich Sob's, they scoop up all their money and move to another country loosing thousands of jobs. Intelligent. Extend unemployment for how Fri337g long? 6-weeks 12-Weeks 2-years? How in the Fra3k do you make people work? Hell yes that what I would vote for!!!!!

A more accurate statement is that the Republicans want to extend the existing tax cuts to everyone.

Without these, the lowest wage earners will have a tax increase of 50%. Is that what liberals want?

Do not mistake "common wisdom" for facts. Here are the facts about who actually pays federal income taxes; as you can clearly tell, the top wage earners paid a greater share under Bush than they did under Clinton.

Actually, i get $500 a week in unemployment and haven't done **** for the past two years...

I dont even need a job. The government pays me more to do nothing then I'd make actually having to work.

Uh, yeah. And yer darned skippy that's what I voted for!

Haven't had a job for over two years?!? Get off your butt and get one!

The rich don't want 'more money', they simply want 'their' money.

See the difference? Unemployed for over 2 years living off the government teat or working for a living and wanting to keep what you earn.

Is the difference that hard for your to understand? I'm betting it is.

    1. You're perpetuating a myth.

    2. You know damn well you're perpetuating a myth.

    3. You don't believe your own bullshit; how can you expect everyone else to believe it?

    4. If you honestly do believe your own bullshit, then it's no wonder the Democrats keep losing elections.

They don't want any more tax cuts for the rich, they want everyone's taxes to stay where they are.

I didn't agree with anything the Democrats did in the past two years, and nobody seemed to care about that.

So why are you suddenly so concerned about this?

I think it's simple. Offer businesses tax breaks if they hire (Americans) and maintain wages.

    Everyone wins.

But not as a bribe (where the break is given in advance), but as a reward.

This is nothing new, conservative people who don't care about others have been around since the beginning of time. It's every man for himself and anyone who thinks differently is a commie.

And it's not what many of us voted for. You can blame the paranoid independents who succumb to the fear the right was handing out.
