The Pirates of Penzance Cast Question?!?
Ok so my school is doing The Pirates of Penzance for this year's spring musical. I want to know the roles in order from like best part as in lead roles to ensemble and chorus and stuff. When they posted the cast today, I'm not sure whether the post the cast in order of appearance on stage, or in order of importance. I know all the leads went first, but it went like this: Samuel, The Pirate King, Frederick, Ruth (although those might be switched), etc.. of like Edith, Kate, Isabel, etc..help? best answer must be accurate! THANKS!

you can download the libretto (script and words of songs) read the play, and get the answer yourself!
