I only watched 3 hours of television today. My tv is off 21 hours.
So.. I don't know what is going on right now. I did read a little bit about
them... on Yahoo news and Aol news yesterday... but that is all.

How very apt that this question has been asked in the soap opera section.
We all know which programmes are going to suffer the most because of their wedding, the bloody soaps !
They have already bumped Emmerdale out of the way to announce their engagement.
When they actually get married, we aren't going to see our beloved soaps for dust.
I cannot express how much I don't care about their wedding.
It's hard to avoid & I don't know anyone outside of the media who gives a damn !

So over it before it begins.
if they want to be 'normal' why don't they do it like every other couple and earn the money to pay for it. They claim to be working for a living so why can't they spend their earnings on the wedding rather than expecting the country to pay for it. You can bet your bottom pound that princess willy will never see himself working with the army out in Afghanistan or Iraq, he'll always have a cushy number where he won't get his hands dirty but will get all the medals and glory, wasting money on training him when the country is being crippled by a recession. There are people in the british army who wear their uniform with pride and are dying for their country. He is an absolute disgrace.
I seem to recall Kate complaining about being followed by the media when she started dating princess willy, if she is going to spend the state's money, she had better get used to it, there is no such thing as a free lifestyle.
And to top it all off, I can't even watch my soaps because they keep showing them gloating on the tv.
....so to answer your question...yes, we will be flipping together for the foreseeable future

Yes, to a degree. It has been overkill - and quite how the media are going to keep this up until they are married I don't know! But there is always an off button you know.

This is just the beginning.......what I hate is all this hype and the MONEY that will be spent.... seems like a shame when that money could do a lot of good else where.

Not yet. It's only been a couple days and I've only seen a thing on them here and there. It will get bigger with time but so far where I am it's been ok.

Yes but it hasn't been too bad today (Friday) but I fear the worst is yet to come - by the bucketful !
