Can you use 'Dynamat' for this?

I have some rattles in my car door, and I'm wondering if Dynamat could help. I know it is meant to stop rattles/vibrations from music, but could it also help reduce rattles from when I go over a bumpy road?

You can, but it's not guaranteed to be efficient all the time. You can take off the door panel and try to secure the rattling object with zip-ties, etc. That's all I have. lol Good luck!

um why don't you just take your interior door panels off and find what the rattling noise is and fix it...

what he said casue you have to take off the panal to put down the mat but you can still do it to lower road noise.
