People must learn the difference. There is nothing wrong with helping others. However, its WRONG and unacceptable for a government to either force us to do it, or take our money and/or property and do it for us. It is GOOD if we are allowed to do it of our own accord voluntarily. A conservative Republican.

  • We are NOT supposed to be using government to FORCE OTHERS to "take care of the poor" as literally all Democrats demand.

If it was up to me, deciding where my tax dollars should go, yes we should take care of the poor, and help them out as much as we can. People are so into the splitting of what one party does and what the other wont do, is that they forget, that neither party are interested in you until it becomes time to vote.

Fundamentally speaking, yes. Politically speaking, no. Our country was founded on priciples of classical liberalism calling for freedom and individualism. If we are politically suppose to take care of everyone economically besides your family and yourself then that would make us a collectivist society which is the exact opposite of what the founding priciples of this country were.

The poor form over 95% of the population. We need to help ourselves, by organising to make the resources of the planet the common property of all humanity rather than the private property of a small class of parasite landlords and capitalists.

take care- almost like a family. help each other( compulsory) because the bond that you share. You must do it.

help out- means not necessary or always but its more toward humanity and emotion. if you have the moral, and heart to do good thing, then do. if not, and you believe helping others wont give you any good, then dont. it's just a matter of choice of your own.

it will never end. all are in cycle. remember~

It would be nice if we could just provide an even playing field so that all of us would have a chance at some kind of success but the deck it staked so much that the vast majority of people have no chance at all no one whats someone else to take care of them but we should all have an opportunity to make something ourselves

When is everyone going to stop blaming George Bush Jr. for the state this country is in & start thinking about what Barack Obama's doing(or not doing) to fix the country?

    When does that end?
