some boddy proberly has been trying to hack u bye typing random passwords dw just restart it then try again

You need to contact your email provider.
(eg. Hotmail, Yahoo, live etc whoever provides your email)
Sometimes if account security gets compromised (such as someone else accessing your email account and sends spam through it - which is more common than you may think), or if you enter your password wrong too many times they may temporarily suspend your account.

Try using a proxy website, which enables you to go onto any websites even if they are blocked. You can try googling proxy to find one, or you can use www.k-tunnel.com
Once on the site, type the name of the site you want to go to and it will take you there.
