What dose BP stand for in the use of time?
Since we do not live in the year 2010 AD any more.Instead the year is 2010CE. It is now CE meaning "Common Area”. With 5000BC
being replaced with 5000 BP. Then what dose BP stand for?

Never heard of bp, only bc, ad, ce and bce. Since I am opposed to the common practice of deleting Christ from everything including Christmas, I define them as the Christian Era and before the Christian era, if for no reason other than pissing off snobby pc academic elitists.

BP is before present, so 5000 BC would be 7000 BP.
