can i freeze these strawberry cheesecake muffins i want to cook?

i want to make these for a christmas present for family and want to take them out the freezer the day before i give them

i bought these lovely christmassy muffin cases and want something diffrerent but easy to make as i have never made muffins before

    I don't see why not. Covered tightly and securely everything should be fine. I didn't see the recipe with your link. Wish I had. Sounds lovely!

    You can freeze them for sure. You can freeze cheesecake, and you can freeze cake. A really good wedding cake is often frozen for a month before actually icing it. Not that this is a wedding cake, but my point is that you can freeze cake of all sorts usually. I have often frozen cakes, muffins, pies, etc. Freezing it for a month and then thawing it before giving it to them will make it softer and more moist.
