You forgot to mention your graphic card but I looked it up.
It's 512 MB so YES it will work without lag @ med~high settings

vista. it runs each and everything as a separate ram footprint for secure practices motives.somewhat those 4 gigs of ram act extra like a 0.5 a gig. improve to living house windows 7 and you wont have that subject
