This will vary from place to place. Sometimes it depends on the owner of the bank/machine. Other times it will depend on local regulations. No matter where you are, the charge will be listed on the front of the machine. If you have a specific store you plan to go to, just call them and ask.

It depends.
Wal Mart doesn't own the ATM. The ATM is owned by a particular bank such as Bank of America, Citibank, Chase, etc.
You need to find out whose ATM it is, then you can go on the website of the bank and find out the ATM fees. Typically, the fees are anywhere from $2 to $5 per transaction.

Depends on the ATM owner.
The Walmart ATMs I have gone to in my town have charged $1.75. Your mileage may differ! LOL

there is a better you can usually buy something in the store, then you can ask for
cash bank when you using your debit card there is no fee although some merchat will
charge you (Am/pm and carl''s jr
