That would be good, but no. Combat training and online multiplayer are two different game modes. Online multiplayer is playing against other people (well you should know that by now anyways) and combat training is playing against bots (computer controlled players). The cod points you receive from online multiplayer isn't transferred to combat training and vice versa (also custom classes and your level won't be transferred). Your custom emblem is transferred though (from online MP to CT). Combat training is basically a game mode which helps you get better at black ops with bots that have customizable difficulty.
