My 16 year old son had an accident in his 2013 Lexus ES350 a few weeks ago. I have been insured with Geico, however 2 days before the accident my coverage lapsed (I had to switch banks and forgot to change the automatic draft information with geico). The accident was my son's fault, I have already paid the other party for the damages to their vehicle. My son's vehicle wasn't totaled but was pretty badly damaged. It has been being repaired since the accident and should be ready by next week. With the car being a new Lexus, the repairs are very pricey (around 10 thousand). I just wondered if their was any possibility that Geico could in fact cover it, or maybe Lexus financial could have force placed insurance? Any suggestions could help, I just wanted to confirm that I had thought of every option before writing this 10 thousand dollar check for the damages. Thanks!

My parents are divorced and I have been on my dad's AT&T cell phone account since 2006. I live with my mom and my dad and I recently got into a big argument and are not on the best of terms... Tonight my iPhone went to "No service" and my number is "no longer a working number" when it's called. So he canceled my service, to be honest I almost expected it. First thing tomorrow I will be going to get on my mom's AT&T account. My question is; Is it possible for me to have the same number that I have had for 7 years that was canceled tonight when I do this tomorrow?

My scale currently says I am 15, boy, (apparently) 152 pounds. I do not think this is right because I am pretty sure I weigh more than that. I have been dieting (lost 75+ pounds in past year) and have watched the weight on this scale come down accurately (would weigh other places and would be within 2-3 pounds different). I recently had friends over, and they weighed on it and they said their weights were accurate, I then weighed on it and I got the same 152 weight. Well the last time I weighed on another scale, it said I was 167, this was about 3 weeks ago (however 3 weeks ago this scale said I was 156-157ish) So that would mean there was about a 9-10 pound difference. When I weighed on the other scale, I did have on clothes, I had eaten, it was in the late afternoon (all opposite how I normally weigh on the scale I'm wondering about) but I wouldn't think that would make that big of a difference. Now when I was at the doctor's office last (which is what I would believe the most) was about 4 or 5 weeks ago. It said I was 164 then, (scale in question said about 157ish then) but again at the doctor it was clothes on, had eaten, around 2 o'clock. I had almost decided that my scale was broken, until last night, I had the 3 friends over who all weighed and said it was correct. So with these 3 different numbers (over 4 weeks), I am trying to figure out what my weight is now (its obviously gone down some), do you think I should believe my scale?

My friend and I just shared about 9 ounces of vodka. It is his first time drinking, he's 15 5'11" 165 pounds. He is not throwing up and is speaking clear with a very little slur, but he is shaking very violently and can't stop, please answer quick! Im worried

I just discovered that there is mold in/on my sons mattress (its visible.) He apparently has been wetting the bed and it caused this. It has probably been there for around a year maybe slightly longer. Im replacing the mattress right away. Should I be worried about the exposure from the past year? Will it have any long term health effects? Does he need to be on medicine? Please let me know as I am very concerned.

I am interested in converting my garage into a bonus room. Its about 400 sq. feet. I wouldn't need plumbing. I guess I need the garage door removed and bricked in, maybe a window put in, drywall, heating and cooling, and carpet/hardwood. I live in Alabama. What would an estimated cost of this work be if done professionally? I was thinking in the 15-20 thousand range. Thanks

My credit is pretty bad (score in the low 500s) and it would be nearly impossible to find someone to cosign the loan with me. I could do a down payment (maybe $1,500 - $2,000) but have been told that might not be enough to help, because that lenders don't usual lend to people who already have a car in there name. I have to get him the car, and I have a week to do so. What do you recommend?

Joe is not friends with Bob, and does not know that I am. Joe tells me that he and Sally had sex and was telling me all about it not realizing that I am friends with Sally and her boyfriend Bob. Joe tells me that I can't tell anyone about it, and that I am the only other person to know about it, therefore if I tell anyone he will know it was me. (Sally also doesn't know that I know). I really want to tell Bob that Sally and Joe had sex, but I know it would ruin their relationship (which he is really happy in) and it would ruin my friendship with Sally and Joe. Sally and Joe's affair is supposedly a one time thing and won't happen again. I don't know if I should just keep my mouth shut and every one stay happy, or if I should tell Bob what happened. I also know that if Bob were to find out about it someway other than me (not likely), and then find out I knew about it and did not tell him, than that would ruin that friendship. My son currently attends a private school (9th grade) and has many health problems, neurological and respiratory. These problems have led to him missing 28 days of school this semester. He is behind on his work and his grades are 3 Fs, 1 D, 2 Cs, and 2 Bs. There are only 9 school days left before exams and he is so behind. I don't believe that it would be physically possible for him to pass the 3 classes that have the failing grades in them. I met with the principle today and said that his absences were covered with the doctors excuses but that they couldn't help on the end with the grades. The school has a policy that if you fail more than 1 class in a semester you will be asked to leave the school. Where I live (alabama) public school is not an option. I don't won't him to be asked to leave this private school because it will make it difficult for him to get into another one. I want to withdraw him as soon as possible to avoid this. I don't know where I would put him for the next 2 weeks though before the Christmas holidays. So my question is what is your suggestion of what do to or where to send him for the next 2 weeks? I really need help. I have been investigating an online homeschool program through the state and are going to call them tomorrow. I don't know if I should do that or if I should try to enroll him into another private school now, or wait until second semester, or if It would be best for him to stay where he is somehow.
