what do I fix first on the iphone 32 3gs - lcd or glass?

I broke my iphone and got spare parts. Do I change the glass or the lcd screen first?

Update:

I just changed the lcd - turned out the glass was not broken after all. I had very sweaty fingers...but it worked!!!! My phone is like new!!! :)

    did u break the glass or the LCD if u broke both then remove glass, replace the lcd, then put the new glass back on. Its simple logic
