What's the London marathon all about?

It is there to challenge yourself, it allows you to push the boundries of what you think you can do, this boundry.

The second point to the London maraton is to help millions of people across the earth, giving them a message of hope so that they know we are listening to them

Its just like every other marathon,but run around the middle of London.

Its about 26 miles just like all marathons. 26.2 to be exact but I will tell you, it is one of the best marathons in the world where its more about fun than competition. Great experience.

its a challenge to yourself as its a huge phyiscal challenge and to be able to run constantly for that kind of distance takes a large amount of training and commitment. its also a big deal for charity as the entrants make great contributions to charities all over the worlds.
