Contact the NRA,they have instructors and also locations of shooting ranges around the country.

Your local dealer should know also,if they don't have facilities.

Use the internet. Depending on how much you want to pay, the options are many. Magpul Dynamics and Front Sight Academy have classes. Magpul also makes DVD sets that are cheaper than their course. The best thing to do (in my opinion) is learn the basics/safety rules, apply what you have learned and then go to a range for some hands on time.

If you live anywhere in Northern New Jersey, or Northeastern Pennsylvania, I'll offer to train you. If not give these people a phone call and ask for the names of other instructors in your particular area. (We're listed by: state, county, & town.)

In my area alot of police officer put on courses like that in there free time. I would ask the police in your area.
