Technically, are the TSA Airport Screenings illegal?

In the fourth amendment,The Founding Fathers understood that a free society requires that the power of government to detain, interrogate and search must be limited. Benjamin Franklin stated that They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety, deserve neither liberty nor safety"

So what do you think? Technically illegal? Do you have a problem with giving up your rights when you fly?

i think of they're criminal when you consider which you have the alternative whether to fly or no longer. Supposedly in case you commit to fly you provide your consent to searches on the airport. What i think of is prohibited in spite of the fact it particularly is for people who offered airline tickets months in boost to flying below the condition that they are non-refundable are actually compelled to the two forfeit their money by potential of refusing the quest, or being compelled to persist with the recent innovations in place that they did no longer furnish you with a warning approximately being there once you initially offered the tickets.

The TSA makes air transportation passengers demonstrate that they are not bringing contraband onto aircraft.

The TSA has little interest in anyone who is not trying to board an aircraft.

How can I put this so it seems simple???......hm... well, how about this: if you don't want to be searched, don't fly.

No. You are not forced to fly or go to any airport for transportation. There is other options like trains, taxi, ship, etc.

boarding an aircraft is a privilege not a right. if you don't like the scrutiny, don't fly. i have absolutely no problem with it. i work in a high security facility, i'm searched everyday, if i don't agree, i don't have to work there.

No. You're not forced to fly by anybody. Nobody forces you to undergo these searches.
