turkey is not completely defrosted?
HELP! My turkey has been defrosting 3 days in the refrigerator. I took it out this morning to put it in the oven, but it still not completely defrosted! It needs to go in the oven now! What can I do to quickly finish the defrosting process???

Put in the sink, and run COLD water inside it, until it is defrosted, you'll be good to go

You don't say how frozen it is. If its not too bad and you can remove the giblets and such just place it in a bucket/pot that it will fit in and run cold water over it for a while just trickle the water in the pot not full force. it will take some time but just enjoy a few appetizers and wait for the bird. Next time take him out a few days earlier then you think and that way he will be well defrosted, safe in the fridge for 5-7 days defrosted. Happy Thanksgiving.

Put it in and cook it ! It won't hurt anything, only a little longer cooking time ! remember 350 degrees at 20 min's per pound of Turkey ! Turkeys can be cooked frozen solid !
