War game - possible "liberation" of North Korea followup?
With the latest artillery shelling of South Korean controlled islands, THIS (or maybe something in the future) possibly being the last straw, suppose South Korea decides to forcefully "liberate" North Korea. Since the bulk of NK forces are located near the DMZ, it seems like they are vulnerable to encirclement from the rear. What areas of NK are vulnerable to an amphibious assault from SK Marines?

Considering that over 60% of the population is a reservist there is no habitable place for SK to invade also the amphibious would have to pass from one of the sides of the bulk to attack from the sides, which considering that the main artillery of NK is located at the bulk it would be at the very least a bad idea.

As I see it.
When any offensive SK operation begins, all hell breaks loose in NK as power fails, missile artillery brings down bridges, railway junctions, tunnels etc.
Mass defections within NK ranks with many mutinies of NK troops.
NK troops have no fuel for tanks/trucks.
Air assult and paratroops drop into NK capital.
NK gov't goes into hiding in China.
4-5 million casualties all togather.
War lasts about 4 months.
Only catch is that the war don't start before about mid-April due to terrible weather in Korea from November until then........
