Can you help me develop my characters?

Girl:

Anna from England that recently moved to the states. sweet with a soft voice, likes art and poetry, intelligent and modest, has great morals. shes quiet but not socially awkward, she sticks up for her friends

Boy:

Looks like a Stuart, from Kentucky, Father was in the military and the family moved a lot, is very close to his sister and likes cars and he likes to hang out with his friends but he is self conscious around women and stutters around them.

Nadina St. James-From Virginia just moved to California and has no friends. She lives with her cousin whose an ultimate brat. Nadina wants to fit in but she can't. She is made fun of because of her lisp, and her clothes are slightly out of style.

Justin Livington- He is popular and cool but has a dark past, he starts to fall in love with the new girl Nadina
