When I reset my wireless router, my internet shuts down.?
Sometimes my wireless router won't work so I reset it. when I do that, the internet on my computer shuts down. My mom got frustrated but I need that wifi for my laptop. How do I keep that from happening. My wireless router is a belkin.

Re-Setting the router will drop the connection to ALL computers (and other devices) connected to it (wired && wireless).

Ummm......
When you unplug your cable box, does the cable go out? When you unplug your lamp does the light turn off? When you unplug your clock do the numbers disappear?
I would think this would be obvious. If you unplug the device that supplies an internet connection, the internet connection will be lost.
