the song is about two people dancing in a public place ( but after hours maybe) and losing track of time. the girl keeps saying somthing like pull me closer because shes never danced like this. so when "hosay" is comming he is forced to leave right away. then he listens as her and hosay dance and she says the same thing.

Might you be thinking of "Come a Little Bit Closer?" That song involves dancing, a man named Jose, and leaving in a hurry. It's originally a 60s pop song that Billy Walker covered, and Johnny Duncan and Janie Fricke had a top 5 hit with it in 1979.
