Forgery who do I go to?

Okay I have been to countless lawyers but it seems as if they represent the criminals more then the people who had crimes done to them (like me). Make a long story short a union stewards threw out my original grievance so that I couldn’t get my job back. When I started writing letter to the district and international they wrote up a fake grievance where they forged my name on it. The union as a whole lied and told my lawyer who sold me out that they represented me correctly and told him that I singed a grievance the day I was wrongfully terminated which is no true. I have both the original grievance as well as the forged one. Also what do you call it when someone signs their name on something where they shouldn’t for example if a president of the union is the one who can close out a grievance but a low level shop steward puts his name on the close out instead of the president signing it himself what is that called. What else comes with forgery, does fraud come with it and conspiracy because everyone from the local to the international is trying to cover this up making up lies saying I was never a member of the union and I have paychecks to prove it. Do I go to the regular cops or the FBI because I know unions federal?
