Ok this female co-worker I work with started the same time I did at the compony we both work for. On day while working together she asked me would I rub her feet, then asked to see a picture of my parents to see what they look. We hung out (not a date) to get something to eat a couple times but she didn't want anyone to know we hung out. We talk on the phone sometimes before work and days off, nothing crazy just how our work week went. I'm a lot older than her and she says she has a boyfriend. What do y'all think about this situation.

Okay my car a 1992 Buick Century needs some work done to it. Went to an auto repair shop and they told me $225.00 dollars for a basic tune up, he told me for that price I wouldn't need another tune up for 4 years because he's going to put in the parts on the market. Is this to much for 1992 car that still runs very good?

Why does my ex-girlfriend family keep bringing this girl up in conversations whenever I see them? If I talk to the mother or father it’s always have you seen her or they try to tell me the things she’s doing which I don’t care about. The aunt who I see once a year maybe on my way to work ask me the same question of seeing her outside or inviting me to family functions knowing this is where she will be. I mean can’t these people see that for 3 years I haven’t said anything or seen this girl.

Okay this is the deal, some guy at the gym that I go to was telling me about this neighbor he live next to that come to find out worked with my father. Now the place that my dad worked at, he had a very high position. Every time the guy at the gym talks to someone who worked in that field he has to put my father’s name in the conversation like he knows my dad. Just the other day some guy was talking about applying in the same field as what my dad worked in for over thirty years, this guy at the gym tells the guy applying that my father worked there, his high position, and everything like that’s his business to tell. I don’t know these people at the gym like that I talk about sports, working out, and whatever else we might talk about. It’s like he can’t keep is damn mouth shut if I want someone to know my personal or family business I should be the one to tell them not him. I’m trying to be nice because this guy is up in age (60’s) but he tells everything like a gossiping *****. I don’t want to hurt his feelings but something has to be done next time he puts my dad’s business out there, any advice on how I should go about this matter.

I don't know how to put this but I passed the exam to become a firefighter with a perfect score (100) but I rank very low in the middle 800's (shaking my head). If 2,100 people passed the test does all 2,100 get

Okay an attorney who I was paying to represent me against my union and employer called me up on a Wednesday and told me that I had to give him $ 10,000 in two days or he will withdraw from my case and I will have to drop my case against the union and company. When my mother and I asked why the case would be dropped he said that cases like this take a long time and it’s the best thing to do and the case was dropped. I was pretty much forced to drop my case against the union and company where the union forged grievances with my name on it and a company who destroyed my file of how they wrongfully terminated me. Just so you know he was paid 15,000 already and I never seen a day in court before my case was dropped. When he dropped my case that I wanted to continue was there something I was supposed to sign before the case was dropped, I really want to take him to the disciplinary board for this.

Okay I let my cousin hold one of my cars for a week while his car was getting fix. Now when I first get in my car and pull off and break for the first time my back tire on the driver side skids. I mean what in the hell is going on with my breaks. Once they skid and I get a good run they don't do this anymore, its only when I first start the car up and start driving this problem happens.

Has anyone went to the Human Relations Commission where they live and had a fact finding hearing and if so did you receive any documentation on what was said during the hearing when they write everything down both parties say. Is there an easy way to get all the documentation from the hearing or is this something you have to get the legal way by a lawyer. Thanks for your advice in advance

Okay saw an old friend on the internet and we talked a couple of times. Now back in college I had a one night stand with her and that was it. We stayed in contact and good friend until graduatuion when we started making our own lives for ourselves. I had asked her did she want to go bowling and hand out and where she lived to pick her up if she wanted to go. She tells me no I'm not telling you were I live to pick her up and she doesn't know what I look like now because she hasn't seen me in a while as another reason why she can't hang out with me.What in the hell does my looks have to do with her hanging out with me, she had no problems hanging out with me when we where in school together.

Okay I have been to countless lawyers but it seems as if they represent the criminals more then the people who had crimes done to them (like me). Make a long story short a union stewards threw out my original grievance so that I couldn’t get my job back. When I started writing letter to the district and international they wrote up a fake grievance where they forged my name on it. The union as a whole lied and told my lawyer who sold me out that they represented me correctly and told him that I singed a grievance the day I was wrongfully terminated which is no true. I have both the original grievance as well as the forged one. Also what do you call it when someone signs their name on something where they shouldn’t for example if a president of the union is the one who can close out a grievance but a low level shop steward puts his name on the close out instead of the president signing it himself what is that called. What else comes with forgery, does fraud come with it and conspiracy because everyone from the local to the international is trying to cover this up making up lies saying I was never a member of the union and I have paychecks to prove it. Do I go to the regular cops or the FBI because I know unions federal?

Back early this year it came to my knowledge that the union I was a member of committed forgery by signing my name on a grievance and passing it off as my own because they did not do their job to represent me the right way so they threw out my real grievance and made up a forged one doing what ever they wanted with it to keep me from getting my job back while at the same time trying to hide fact that I was not represented fairly by my union. Local Lodge Shop Stewards forged my name, a Local Lodge Committee Official illegally signed off on it, even the Assistant General Chairman of the Local Lodge knew about the forgery but to protect the others who committed the crime and himself he told the Grand Lodge Representative that I didn’t want my job back and that the grievance the union forged was withdrawn at my request so that the people on the local level wouldn’t get in trouble along with himself knowing what they did was wrong but he went along with it anyway. I would like to know if there is way to get justice against my union for committing this crime of forgery and fraud against me, I have a lot of documents that can prove this forgery. I have been everywhere looking for help but its like most lawyers out here represent the criminals not the one who were done wrong most importantly do I have a case.

Ok I was making a resume on usajobs.gov and it asked have I ever worked as a federal employee. I was a casual non-career worker, the information that I need is 1)Pay Plan, 2)Series, and Grade of this position. If anyone could help me out thanks for your advice in advance.

A couple days ago I was on my way out the front door when a text came through and it said “I want to know how you can act like I don’t exist”. Now my ex-girlfriend tells me to distance myself from her, leave her alone, and when I came to her to work things out she tells me that she is done talking to me. So I gave her what she wanted and left her alone like she asked. How can she get upset and angry at me for not talking to her when she put herself in this situation by telling me to leave her alone? I never did answer the text because I don’t know if its worth explaining to her something that she asked to have happen to her. The last time I saw or talked to this girl was April 4th, 2010, the day she told me to stay away from her, thats almost 3 months or more of no contact. She sent me other text telling me that she wants us to be friends like she intended and keep texting me asking what did I think of her offer, I never respond back.

Alright I have 3,000 saved up and I want to move out now but how much more do I need to have in my pocket before I can get out of my parents house. Thanks for the advice in advance.

Would y’all say that it’s a good idea or stupid to avoid your ex completely because mine really hurt me and I don’t even want her to see me anymore? We live on the same block so there is a chance I could run into her but what I do is go in and out the back of my house where I now park my car. She broke us u and said we need to be on time apart but we can still be friends. Like a dummy I went along just to get back with her and found myself still playing the boyfriend roll without a relationship. When that didn’t work and I told her that I couldn’t trust her for telling her friends our business in our relationship and the secrets that I told her that I told no one else and she got mad at me. So we went from time apart to “we need to distance ourselves farther from one another” so its been 3 weeks and I haven’t contacted her or seen her should I keep avoiding her because I’m a nice guy who did everything for her and treated her better then any other guy she has been with even her family. The other day my sister said she saw my ex on her way to the store, she said when she walked passed her house and she saw my sister on her way out the door she ducked back in the house and peeked out until my sister was out of sight. I know this might sound like I’m hiding from her but what else I can do I feel like crap for how nice I was to her. Its like all the good things I did for her without asking for anything in return doesn’t even count like I did nothing for her at all.

What can two people accomplish when they don’t talk to one another when there is a problem? This girl tells me that we need do distance ourselves because we are having problems between one another. Now she has text me a couple times because I was and still is on the no contact rule. But how will anything get solved, the only thing it’s doing is making thing worst by not talking. I really want to work things out but she is so hard to reason with, in a couple weeks should I text her and try again to work things out.
