Why is my car breaks locking up on me when I first start driving.?

Okay I let my cousin hold one of my cars for a week while his car was getting fix. Now when I first get in my car and pull off and break for the first time my back tire on the driver side skids. I mean what in the hell is going on with my breaks. Once they skid and I get a good run they don't do this anymore, its only when I first start the car up and start driving this problem happens.

Look for brake fluid on the inside of the tire. You probably have a leaking wheel cylinder. Your cousin did not cause the problem. Just a coincidental failure of the wheel cylinder at the time your cousin had the car. After you start driving, the brake fluid is boiled off or rubbed away.

sounds like you have a wheel cylinder or a brake caliper leaking a little fluid onto the brakes, have a mechanic check it out.

sound like your cousin was doing some burnouts and burnt the break shoe down also check tires for any remaining tread
