me but I have no coaching experience and I'm a Buckeye fan so they might not do so well. The announcers made a good comment about how even if Harbaugh comes they still have Rich-Rod recruits and to switch the offensive style back might mean a couple of more years of losing even with Harbaugh.
That is is Harbaugh even wants to leave Stanford, but he is from Michigan and obviously went there so he could want to leave for Michigan.

If he is fired, Jim Harbaugh will be on top of the list. Followed by Les Miles, Bob Stoops might be mentioned. Cowher and Gruden might be named as possible candidates, but a former NFL coach is not a good fit at the college level. Look at Callahan and Weis.
Firing Rodriguez would set the program back. New coach, new offense and a new defense. Michigan would have to hire a coach who runs the spread. If not, they're taking a chance that Robinson could transfer.
The problem is the defense and the kicking game. If anyone on that staff is fired, it will be Greg Robinson.

If I were in charge Rich Rod would have two more seasons to try to put together a defense. The offense was pretty damn good last year, and that's with true freshman as the top two QBs on the depth chart. As Forcier continues to improve the offense will get exponentially better. I'd like to see the defense get better next year, but it won't happen. Brandon Graham, Obi Ezeh and Donovan Warren are all going to be gone, and even if he had a great defensive recruiting class this year it still wouldn't make up for losing three impact players like that. But, if he has two strong defensive recruiting classes, it should do the trick.

Harbaugh, Jim.
How can Lloyd Carr be blamed for Dick Rod's failures? He left three years ago. All I know is that Michigan had been good for over 100 years before Dick Rod, of course it is his fault.

I'm not sure. With as good as Stanford is and the wreck that Michigan is in, Jim Harbaugh won't want to come to U-M.
