Will an underglaze stick to the kiln?

So I do a bit of ceramic work as a hobby, and I've just gotten into using underglazes. But one important thing I don't know is if it will melt to a kiln and destroy the shelf like a regular bisque glaze will.

Can anyone help me out a bit? Thanks.

Update:

Well my current project is actually a couple of breast cancer awareness pendents that I will fire on a bead tree, so it's not like I'm taking a risk with it or anything.

I just want to know. Seems like one of those things I should know. It's actually odd that I don't; I've taken formal classes. And google has no idea what I'm talking about.

Underglaze is glaze - a glass-like mix that is painted or dipped on and then fired. Just because it does not have a full glossy surface does not mean it will not glue things to the shelf.
