Weight-loss, muscle-maintaining workout...?

Well, now that my foot's no longer broken, I can exercise again.

While I was in crutches, I bulked up my abs, chest, and arms. I wanna get lean now and lose my last 15-20 lbs of excess adipose. I'm 18 years old, 6'3", 210 lbs. I was thinking of having a workout like this:

Mon: 1 hr chest/back, 20 min cardio

Tues: 30 min shoulders, 40 min cardio

Wed: 1 hr abs, 20 min cardio

Thurs: 30 min quads, 40 min cardio

Fri: 1 hr bi-/triceps, 20 min cardio

Sat: 30 min hamstrings, 40 min cardio

I'll be consuming 2000-2500 calories/day.

Right now my first priority is losing weight, so I was also thinking of maybe alternating between days of 100-120 min cardio and days of 60 min full-body lifting with maybe 20-30 min cardio. Really, as long as I at least maintain muscle, I'm happy. What do you guys think?
