is moneybookers a better payment option than paypal for ebay transactions?

i'm a new seller on ebay and paypal seems to have a few limits for new sellers. i've noticed that moneybookers is an option for ebay transactions. Is moneybookers better than paypal or is there another option? thanks

    I've only heard of Paypal, not moneybookers

    In the U.S. you can use ONLY Paypal.
