Why do I have this annoying head-ache!?!?
I've had this head ache for 2 days now, almost 3. It seems pretty weak, but every time I move it starts hurting. I'm 12 and I'm a male, so it's not something serious like a migraine or something. But I'm pretty sure I've been eating healthy and I'm hydrated. I think the head-ache started when I got my hair cut, this lady was playing around with my hair and gave me a mohawk, and then she continued her work and she stabbed at a bump in my head and it hurt really bad. Is there any easy way to cure this without using any medicines?

Yes, you just have to free up the muscles in your neck. Your neck muscles go to the top of your head and when they are tight up there they pull on other muscles that surround your brain with pain, your headache. To get rid of it you have to free up the muscles in your neck and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
