Can Soul Silver trade Sinnoh pokemon from Platinum, Pearl and Diamond?

Yes, indeed you can. But in order to do that, you must beat the first gym in SoulSilver, and have 2 DS's. Any 4th Generation games can trade with eachother.

Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, HeartGold, and SoulSilver are all compatible with eachother for trade. 3rd generation games can be migrated into the 4th generatio games.

convinced, this is really a remake except for Nintendo have coated a ton of better stuff. The pics and paintings are all technology 4 (Diamond, Pearl and Platinum), yet you are able to decide on a Pokemon to stroll round in the back of you, it quite is rather a funky addition! this is of direction set in Johto, yet you are able to go back and forth to Kanto as well when you've finished it, no longer Hoenn or Sinnoh. There are some new experience Pokemon coated up, like the Notched Ear Pichu and Arceus, and it is going to come bundled with the Pokewalker, a step counter component that could factor up your Pokemon! :)

You can only trade Sinnoh Pokemon from Pokemon Platinum, Pearl, or Diamond versions after you have beaten the Elite 4 and gained the National Dex (See/catch all the Pokemon on the Johto Pokedex). 2 Nintendo DS systems (Doesn't matter which kind) are also required for this.

Yes, local wireless trading in "SoulSilver" is unlocked as long as you get the PokéDex from Professor Oak in Mr. Pokémon's House. Wi-Fi trading however is unlocked when you defeat Falkner in Violet City. As soon as either local wireless trading or Wi-Fi trading is unlocked, you can get any Pokémon from "Diamond," "Pearl" or "Platinum."

Yes all the ds games can trade with each other - i did this with my friend to get a machop on soul silver.
