Ballpark trivia question #2?

Despite having had seats added more than once, this ballpark has never changed it's seating capacity. Name it.

BQ: explain why.

Update:

Oakland has changed the seating capacity several times. I'm looking for a place where the listed capacity has never changed.

    I know Oakland had and expansion in their stadium, I am going to guess its because the seats were never filled for baseball games and only for football games. They put a tarp over the unused seats.

    My guess would be the metrodome or another multipurpose stadium, they could have added football seats and the baseball capacity would stay the same, for the metrodome that would probably be in Center and Right field

    I'm guessing. Uh Tropicana Field. I think they have never changed their seating capacity.

    The new Yankee Stadium, since they added a special seat after Steinbrenner's death.
