She might have a yeast infection or something, tell her to get it checked out. It's not going to hurt her feelings if you say you're concerned.

she could be having hygiene issues like not using the right feminine wash or could she be having some discharge? She needs to take showers and wash the area sufficently to get rid of the ammonia...

While you and her are at the grocery store, show her a feminine wash and tell her it smells good and that she should try it.

There is no easy way to tell her, but your going to have to man up.
This is most likely a medical problem that she needs to have checked out.

haha ok Chico, get her in the shower and rub her down with a great smelling soap, then stick it in her... that always works
