Wikileaks is currently crashing due to a cyber attack...I say "good for the hackers"...how about you?

The new age of technology can be used for excellent information. However, I do not understand what good can come of this latest leaked information. It will only serve to further embarass us in the World community. How bad do people really need to know this information? Not me. Other domestic issues are WAY more important.

I would have thought the hackers would have been on the side of Wikileaks, since the government is threatening to shut the site down, and regulate the internet with the shut-down of torrent sites, etc. I really don't think it is hackers, but government hackers, trying to make it look like the "people" want Wikileaks stopped, not the government.

I agree. Good for the hackers. It's about time.

EDIT im not disagreeing im not even american and i think he should be getting a very large sentence what he done is tarnishing the USA on a global basis and no person should stand behind it

im a firm beliver that all countries need their secrets

most of the information is available elsewhere now, so it really doesn't matter, and I never approve of hackers for any reason
