    Depends on the event I am training for. I averaged 35 per week when training for a marathon in November, but now I just do about 20-25 till I decide what race is next.

    I'm a sophomore guy I just ran my last 5k (16:03) November 13th I'm giving my body some rest right now,track practice starts January 17th so I'll start running again next week 20-30 then build up training for the 800 and the 1600.Freshman mile 4:28
