I am going into computer aided drafting and I need help choosing the right computer.?
I do not know which graphics card would be best or how to compare graphics cards. I really need a portable computer, I can not write my name legibly or draw a strait line with a ruler. Also I am the sort of person who might get distracted into a different field like programing or web-page design.

well, in terms of computers just don't use HP - i have one and i'm glad i have it but it has really bad battery charge. DELL is pretty good.
but i think getting a mac is actually the best choice because it has a lot of programs that can help you edit graphics and you can also run on windows along with linux/gnu distributions. linux is probably best for programming but mac is okay and good for design. windows can be used but it's more for general work things (and for programs that can only be opened with it)
