is this a healthy cracker?

I was just wondering if these sounded like healthy crackers to you. Ive had them once and LOVE them, and by scanning the nutrition panel they sound pretty healthy but I thought I would double check with others as well

    Yes, they are healthy. They have less than 1/3 of the calories from fat, that is good. Most of the fat is unsaturated, that is good. 5 grams of fiber is 20% of the US recommended daily allowance, that is very good for a snack food. The sodium seems low, which is good. Enjoy the crackers..
