Need help from a Bartender or someone with knowledge of alcohol safety?

Ok I just want to know basic alcohol safety. Like what temp should it be served at. I just need it for my mother in law who is needing it for a test they are giving her. So if anyone could help me find any materials on alcohol safety or tell me the basics it would help. Thanks

A safe range for serving temperature of alcohol is from 2C to 46C give or take a couple of degrees. To cold can actually burn the mouth and throat and the same for too hot. If you were to make a flaming drink it is best to put out the flame before swallowing it because it can still be burning on its way down. OUCH!

  • Would the point of this to be not to let it light on fire?
