What should I do at TE for week 13?

I'm in a 12-team league that is 1 pt per 10 yards rec/run and 6 pts a TD. No PPR. I play only one TE.

My current and only TE w/ ranking:

A. Hernandez, NE vs NYJ

Season Rank: 11

I'm wondering if I should pick up a new TE and drop Hernandez, or pickup a backup TE and have two. I'm currently in a 4 way tie for the last playoff spot with 2 weeks to play. Hernandez is hit or miss with R. Gronkowski. I would feel much more comfortable with a TE that is going to get the majority of snaps and not be splitting like Hernandez and Gronkoski do. Keller has been huge early on in the season but with the emergance of S. Holmes(one of my starting WRs) he seems to be less targeted when they need a big play. Olsen seems like a solid option and has been about a top 10 TE all season long. However, J. Knok, WR, CHI is another starting WR for me. I'm afraid to start two players from the same team beause if Cutler has a bad day then I'm screwed basically with two players, rather than just 1. Maybe it doesn't matter though?

I have the ability to drop Lee Evans, WR, BUF and pick up a 2nd TE if you think it would better to keep Hernandez but pick someone else up for a better play this week.

I'm not sure if I will get my first TE pickup since I am pretty low in the waiver wire pickup. So what are the top two TEs I should try to pick up, and who should I start for week 13?
