internet /network security?
is there any software available which alerts me if somebody is attempting to steal my network connection?
im currently using the latest norton , but upon recently checking my network security map ive found to more unknown routers there which are not known to me. ive restricted them but do not know if that is enough.?

The easiest and least painful way is to just log into your router and see which clients are on it. If there are no clients on the router, then there is nobody on the network.

Its asking you for the WEP key and if the router your using became given to you by using the service then it might want to correctly be on the bottom or side of the gadget. once you've a Linksys router then on your manage bar form 192.168.a million.a million and it is going to ask you for a username and password. leave the username field sparkling and form in admin for the password. The WEP key will be listed lower than protection someplace. think ofyou've got to attempt this from yet another computing gadget even if as your new one doesn't have get entry to to the community and therefor might want to haven't any router get entry to both.
