internet /network security?

is there any software available which alerts me if somebody is attempting to steal my network connection?

im currently using the latest norton , but upon recently checking my network security map ive found to more unknown routers there which are not known to me. ive restricted them but do not know if that is enough.?

    The easiest and least painful way is to just log into your router and see which clients are on it. If there are no clients on the router, then there is nobody on the network.
