Drop your steering column, there are 2 brackets that are under your ash tray area, they connect the bottom part of your dash to the floor board, remove the 4 bolts.
Remove both kick plates covers, they are plastic,
pull the weather strips from both front doors that are attatched to the body.
there are 2 bolts on each end of the dash, you can see them since you removed the weatherstrips and the kick plates. remove those 4 bolts.
on the drivers side, there is 1 nut that is attatched if you look in the lower portion of the left part of the dash, remove that one.it sets back in there about 9 inches behind the front of the dash.
remove the defroster vent cover on top of the dash, remove the 3 eight millimeter bolts that you can see now.
Now get a helper, each of you at each end of the dash, lift up slightly and pull the dash back as far as you can, lower it and let it rest.
Now look on the passenger side up by the windshield, you can now see the blend door actuator.
Unplud the electrical connector going to it,
Remove the 3 eight millimeter bolts that holds the actuator to the top of the plenum,
Put everything back together in reverse order. I can do this in around 2 1/2 hours, it will take you longer since you've never done it, but you can do it!,,,;o) good luck!

sorry.......there are 4 bolts to remove the blend door actuator and you can't remove the front 2 unless you remove the windshield. You must brake the actuator off then remove the 2 front screws install the rear 2 screws. They will hold the actuator in place.
