Is your spaghetti different from the way others cook it?

    Hi Ya Phirekiss!

Yes I use the whole grain pasta As well.I prefer Hamburg . Italian sausage just doesn't do it for me.

But cinnamon....?....hmmmmm....I will sure give it a try! Do you book it in or as a topping?

It's probably different in small ways. I use rice or whole grain pasta, and make the sauce from scratch. The sauce never has the same proportions twice, though. There's typically lots of garlic, some oregano, and whatever else is on hand.

For every cook, there is a different spaghetti sauce. Unless you open a jar, or use a recipe with no variation at all, it's all intuition and taste-testing.

I've never had the same spaghetti twice.

Making spaghetti [sauce] is like an art :] everyone adds their own touch.

I use Barilla super-spaghetti--whole grain fortified with lots and lots of protein and vitamins.
