Please provide citations to back up your rant. Couldn't find rates by city, but here is one by state. http://nces.ed.gov/programs/digest/d09/tables/dt09... You will note that some of the highest drop out rates are from "liberal?" states like Alaska and Arizona. Ooops! Those aren't liberal are they?

What you seem unable to grasp is that it is entirely possible for there to be love without marriage, as well as for there to be love you will deny because you don't want kids to be happy in a home where the parents are gay. Personally, I think anyone who can get married and doesn't is missing out on several benefits that unmarried people don't get. And I know hundreds of marriages where the parents still hate each other, even though they are married. Wanna talk about the divorce rate in this country?

Yes, a child's first years are the most important, and a child raised with love and empathy with strong attachment to his or her primary caregivers will generally grow up to be a happy adult.

As for marriage? Really, kids don't care the marital status of their primary caregivers...

Because the Liberals don't want strong families, that would result in independent thinking, hard working, law abiding citizens...The family unit worked for 200 years and made the US the strongest, most powerful nation the world has ever known....but that is not what the Liberals want they want America to collapse so they can redo it...with them in power...that is why they reward unwed pregnancies, gay marriage, and anti-Christian thought...
