In rural areas of Texas what we call Chicken Snakes are a problem to those who have poultry, they can get into the hen house and swallow any eggs they find. These snakes are not poisonous but are a real nuisance to poultry farmers.
I think they are native to this area and do not know if you can find one in your area.
